If you have a Damaged Shipping Carton If the shipping carton appears damaged, broken open, crushed, or may have hidden damage or parts missing, please note on delivery receipt (example: box open, parts may be broken or missing). Accept delivery. Later, if there is damage or parts missing, it will be easier for us to collect damages from the freight carrier. It is difficult to collect if damage is not noted on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt. If you have any damage or parts are missing, please contact Cape Cod Fitness Company at (508) 778-1667 for a RA (Return Authorization) number. If you have Problems with Item Purchased If item has a mechanical problem, defect, missing component, or there is confusion on how to assemble or use item, please follow instructions included in the carton or you may call our technical support department at (508) 778-1667. All products are covered under warranty against defects, and parts are (usually) easily replaced. Most problems can be resolved with a quick call to the manufacturer or our support department. If you are Not Happy with Purchase If you do not have a warranty issue and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Cape Cod Fitness Company within 7 days of delivery. NO returns will be accepted without a RA number from Cape Cod Fitness Company. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus original shipping cost to you. Customer must return the item in original, undamaged package in resalable condition. Product must be shipped freight prepaid and fully insured or customer will accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. After item is returned and inspected, original credit card will be credited, less restocking and original shipping charges. Any item refused by customer at time of delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee and shipping both ways.
